Vertex Aquaristik's titanium grounding probe gives your aquarium a positive electrical ground eliminating stray voltage that can not only harm your aquatic animals but you!
When properly installed, stray voltage which may be generated by pumps, heater, lights, and other electrical devices used by aquariums will be carried away.
Unlike other competing grounding probes, the Vertex Titanium Grounding Probe cord is copper shielded wiring offering less resistance when dissipating the electrical charge (most other brands on the market are made out of steel).
