100GPD RO/DI Compatibility Notes

The IceCap 4 Stage RODI Water Filter - 100GPD should be connected to a cold-water supply and mounted to a strong backing that can support the unit when full of water. It is not intended for hot water use. Low feed pressure can reduce production and increase wastewater, so a booster pump may be useful where household pressure is below the recommended range. Source water quality, temperature, pressure, and membrane condition all affect final output and production rate.

Setting Up the IceCap 100GPD RODI System

Mount the system securely, connect the white feed line to a cold-water source, route the red waste line to a drain, and route the blue product line to the collection container. Flush the sediment and carbon stages before installing the membrane and DI resin, then flush the RO membrane before collecting aquarium water. Check all fittings for leaks, monitor pressure with the gauge, and replace filters or resin as production quality declines.
